Specifications of type of data collection: 
Data are collected through the received complaints. After the investigation of each complaint received by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the staff members indicate all information about complainers, their applications, the type and the category of violated rights, name of institutions and officials which violate their rights and results of investigations.
Measurement Methods / Tools Generated or Used : 
From this programme we can get the information about each case, the percent of each category of violated rights, which institution, government official is violating rights more, or in which region. It is possible to search any kind of information in different parameters such as information based on gender, age, region and etc.
